Expressions of interest for our 2027 markets will open on 15 September 2026.

Key Dates

  • 15 September 2026: Expressions of interest open
  • 15 November 2026 (5pm): Expressions of interest close
  • 30 November 2026: Outcome notifications
  • Successful applicants will be invoiced shortly after the notification date and payment will need to be settled by 11 December 2026. After this date, and if we don’t hear from you, your spot will be re-allocated to someone on our waiting list.
  • 26 February 2027: Bump-in
  • Festival dates: Friday 26 February – Monday 1 March 2027
  • 1 March 2026: Bump-out

Expressions of Interest

Get ready to apply in September 2026.

We are inviting expressions of interest from new and returning vendors selling healthy and delicious food and drinks, art, craft and handmade treasures, healing, wellbeing and body services, unique, vintage, eco-friendly and quality merchandise.

Stall categories: 

  • Food & Non-alcoholic Beverages
  • Artisan
  • Artisan Edible Goods (pre-packaged)
  • Merchandise
  • Healing & Wellbeing
  • Info Stalls by not-for profits and community groups 

If you have an idea for a stall that doesn’t exactly fit the above categories or is a blend of a few, please get in touch to discuss.
