Key Dates
- 15 September 2026: Expressions of interest open
- 15 November 2026 (5pm): Expressions of interest close
- 30 November 2026: Outcome notifications
- Successful applicants will be invoiced shortly after the notification date and payment will need to be settled by 11 December 2026. After this date, and if we don’t hear from you, your spot will be re-allocated to someone on our waiting list.
- 26 February 2027: Bump-in
- Festival dates: Friday 26 February – Monday 1 March 2027
- 1 March 2027: Bump-out
Stall Categories
We are inviting expressions of interest from new and returning vendors selling healthy and delicious food and drinks, art, craft and handmade treasures, healing, wellbeing and body services, unique, vintage, eco-friendly and quality merchandise. If you have an idea for a stall that doesn’t exactly fit these categories or is a blend of a few, please get in touch to discuss.
