Expressions of interest for our 2026 festival will open later in the year.

Key dates:

15 September 2025: Expressions of interest open
15 November 2025 (5pm): Expression of interest close
28 November 2025: Outcome notifications
Successful applicants will be invoiced shortly after the notification date and payment will need to be settled by 12 December 2025. After this date, and if we don’t hear from you, your spot will be re-allocated to someone on our waiting list.
27 February 2026: Bump-in
Festival dates: Friday 27 February – Monday 2 March 2026
2 March 2026: Bump-out
