Festival Campground

Camping Tickets (SOLD OUT)

Camping Tickets are sold as a combo with Festival Tickets. You can buy them online prior to the Festival or at our Ticket Office on Warren Rd on the day, unless sold out. 

Location
The Nannup Music Club Inc and the Nannup Recreation & Community Centre, run the Festival Campground on Nannup REC Centre and Golf Course grounds (see map).

Arrival

From Friday 9am. The Campground entry is located on the corner of Hiiggins St and Centenary Dr.

Check-in

Both Festival and Camping tickets can be scanned and exchanged for wristbands during your Festival Campground check-in. Campground check-in operation times TBC. Outside of these times, all ticketing matters will be managed at the main Ticket Office on Warren Rd.

Parking
The main festival site is set up within a road closure. If you’re camping with us, you can park your car at the Festival Campground, next to your camp. Push bikes, our Cruisy Bus and strolling through town or the bush are recommended, but you’re welcome to drive your car closer to the main festival site if you need to. There’s plenty of free parking around town for festival goers. Please be respectful of local businesses and homes when finding a spot.

Toilets & Showers
Portable toilets and showers are provided.

Drinking Water
Free drinking water is available for campers from the REC Centre’s water fountain and taps.

Power
All sites are unpowered. Generators are allowed in a designated area only and need to be turned off by 10pm.

Live-in Vehicles
All live-in vehicles are welcome and will be directed to a designated area (Sports Oval). Please keep the use of pegs limited on the Oval. 

Fires
Campfires or candles are not permitted at our Campground; the Festival runs during a Restricted or Total Fire Ban (dates are subject to seasonal change). Gas cookers are permitted.

Noise
Please be respectful of your fellow campers. No music or loud conversations after midnight.

Animals
No animals are allowed at the Festival Campground (with the exception of guide dogs). Please leave your pets at home.

Cruisy Bus
Our Cruisy Bus is a continuous shuttle service between the Festival Campground and the Festival Ticket Office, by gold coin donation (or equivalent). Bus stops are located at the Recreation Centre and outside the Festival Ticket Office on Warren Road.

Festival Campground departures:
Fri 5.15pm, Sat & Sun: 8.15am
 
Last bus from the Festival Ticket Office back to the Festival Campground departs at 12 midnight on Fri, Sat & Sun.
 
No children may travel on the bus unless accompanied by an adult. All passengers must be seated at all times and use the seat belts provided. Gold coin donation (or equivalent) is from each passenger for each trip.
 
Departure
Monday noon at the latest. Please leave no trace.

Glamping (SOLD OUT)

Camp in ultimate comfort and style! 

Arrive to a beautiful Bell tent pitched just for you at the Glamping grounds in Nannup by Wild Goose Camping and Nomadika. Complete with comfy bed(s), fresh linen, towels, mats and lighting, our Glamping Grounds will be the perfect ‘home away from home’ while you enjoy a full weekend of music and festival fun.

Our Glamping Packages include:

Festival Weekend Tickets for 2 or 4 Adults (access all venues all weekend) and access to the exclusive to the Glamping grounds toilet, chill out space (big tent with floor mats, cushions, string lights, bunting and gazebo, camp table, solar recharge USB station) and parking.

The Glamping grounds are also located at the Nannup Recreation & Community Centre on Warren Rd.

Donnelly River Village

Nestled between Bridgetown, Nannup and Manjimup in tall Karri country, the Village is a heritage-listed former timber mill town with 35 charming workers cottages available for hire. Each cottage is self-contained and fully equipped for holidays.

Travellers Autobarn

Travellers Autobarn offered 2022 NMF festival-goers a 5 day special rate rental package to attend the festival. The package included the Kuga Campervan daily rate, three drivers, chairs, external table and was fully equipped with cooking & sleeping gear! Check back for 2023 info.

Jarrah Glen Cabins

Jarrah Glen Cabins are located in the centre of the South West just 17kms south of Nannup. Experience a tree change on a quiet and peaceful property with Jarrah and Marri bush and Blackwood River frontage. Within an hour’s drive to a variety of wineries, boutique breweries and galleries you can venture to a new destination everyday. Relax on the deck of a Canadian Cedar loft cabin or Billabong Cottage. We are a Farm Stay.

Seraphim Retreat
