Festival Campground

Please note: There will be no camping ticket sales at the Festival Campground on the day. Volunteer Camping Tickets need to be purchased at the main Ticket Office before arriving to the Campground.

Camping Tickets are sold as a combo with Festival Tickets. You can buy them online prior to the Festival or at our Ticket Office on Warren Rd on the day, unless sold out. 

LOCATION
The Nannup Music Club Inc and the Nannup Sport Recreation Association and Golf Course, run the Festival Campground on the Nannup REC Centre and Golf Course grounds.

ARRIVAL

From Friday 9am. The Campground entry is located on the corner of Higgins St and Centenary Dr.

Please note that Thursday arrivals cannot be accommodated.

CHECK-IN

Both Festival and Camping tickets can be scanned and exchanged for wristbands during your Festival Campground check-in.

Campground Check-in opening hours:
Friday 9am – 9pm
Saturday 9am – 3pm

Outside of these times, all ticketing matters will be managed at the main Ticket Office on Warren Rd.

Festival Ticket Office opening hours:
Friday 9am-11pm
Saturday 8am-11pm
Sunday 8am-8pm

Volunteers camping at the Festival Campground, please note that Volunteer Camping Tickets need to be purchased at the main Ticket Office on Warren Rd, before arriving to the Campground.

If your group is arriving separately but all tickets are under the one booking, please make sure that you, your friends or family only present their individual tickets.

CAMPING
This year there will be a new, vehicle-free camping area on the Oval. Parking will be available nearby and so will toilets and showers. Please let our check-in crew know if this is your preference. Campers without campervans, motorhomes or caravans are to head to the Oval where possible. Please treat the grounds with respect, remove all pegs before departure and remember, absolutely no vehicles allowed on the Oval.

TOILETS & SHOWERS
Portable toilets and showers are provided.

DRINKING WATER
Free drinking water is available for campers from the REC Centre’s water fountain and taps.

POWER
All sites are unpowered. Generators are allowed in a designated area only and need to be turned off by 10pm.

FIRES
Campfires or candles are not permitted at our Campground; the Festival runs during a Restricted or Total Fire Ban (dates are subject to seasonal change). Gas cookers are permitted.

NOISE
Please be respectful of your fellow campers. No music or loud conversations after midnight.

ANIMALS
No animals are allowed at the Festival Campground (with the exception of guide dogs). Please leave your pets at home.

CRUISY BUS
Our Cruisy Bus is a continuous shuttle service between the Festival Campground and the Festival Ticket Office, by gold coin donation (or equivalent). Bus stops are located at the Recreation Centre and outside the Festival Ticket Office on Warren Road.

Festival Campground departures:
Fri 5.15pm, Sat & Sun: 8.15am
 
Last bus from the Festival Ticket Office back to the Festival Campground departs at 12 midnight on Fri, Sat & Sun.
 
No children may travel on the bus unless accompanied by an adult. All passengers must be seated at all times and use the seat belts provided. Gold coin donation (or equivalent) is from each passenger for each trip.
 

DEPARTURE
Monday noon at the latest. Please leave no trace.

Glamping

Camp in comfort and style with Totem Glamping!

Arrive to a beautiful Bell tent pitched just for you at our Glamping Village in Nannup (located at the Nannup Recreation & Community Centre on Warren Rd).

Complete with comfy bed(s), bed linen, quilt and pillows, indoor rugs and outdoor mat, inside table, battery powered lanterns, outdoor solar lights, bunting, tissue box and room scent. Our Bells will be the perfect ‘home away from home’ while at the Nannup Music Festival.

Glamping packages include Festival Weekend Tickets for 2,3 or 4 Adults (access all venues all weekend) and access to the exclusive to the Glamping grounds toilet, chill out space (1 x 6m Bell tent inclusive of rugs, a bar fridge, trestle table, microwave, kettle, toaster) and parking.

Please note that Council does not allow free camping in the Town of Nannup. Please respect private property, local residents and businesses.
