• Our First Release goes on sale on 1 November, 8am. The Second and final Release will automatically go on sale as soon as the First Release allocation is exhausted.
• Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
• The Festival bears no responsibility for duplicate tickets presented at our Ticket Office.
• Tickets are per person.
• Weekend tickets give you access to all venues, Friday – Monday.
• Camping tickets are only sold as a combo with Festival Weekend tickets.
• We don’t offer tickets to individual venues, concerts or workshops.
• We don’t offer concession tickets.
• We do offer an extensive free program for non-ticket holders: free programmed venues, street entertainment, buskers stage, kids activities, food and market stalls.
• We accept Companion Cards. Please contact us for more information.
• Patrons under 18 yrs must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for entry to the licensed areas within our venues.
• Children (0-12 years) get free entry to the festival and need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Please remember to include your free children tickets in your booking.
• Children 2-12 years will need a Camping Ticket.
• Parents/legal guardians are responsible for their children at all times at the Festival Campground.
• Glamping will not be available for 2025. Our former Glamping Grounds will be used as a vehicle-free family camping zone, right by the park and playground, with allocated parking nearby.
