About the artist
Equal parts hopeless and romantic, Hazelmead emerged from her room with poetry in her mouth and her mother’s guitar singing about the films behind her eyes. Homespun and self-produced, she released her debut ‘esoteric’ in the aspen-yellow mountains of Utah in 2023, combining fairytale vocals with haunting undertones that have become intrinsic to her music. The Australian-American released her debut album, “Somewhere in North America” in 2025, featuring the moody, nostalgia-tinted ‘Cherry Pie’ as well as the aptly-named ‘Enchanted.’
