Brenton Meynell, a multifaceted artist, blends his passion for music, art, environmental consciousness, and spirituality into a unique creative expression. His musical journey, which began in his youth, has been refined over the past 25 years through his involvement with various bands. Today, Brenton leads the Brenton Meynell Project (BMP), a culmination of his diverse artistic identities.

The inception of BMP dates back to August 2019, a pivotal moment when Brenton performed his first original composition with Steve Vai and his band in New York. This transformative experience sparked his desire to push artistic boundaries and explore new sonic landscapes.

Brenton draws inspiration from a wide range of artists including Elder, Devin Townsend, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Pink Floyd, Stone Temple Pilots, and Krishna Das. His music skillfully blends ambient, progressive rock, world music, and more, with the guitar serving as a vessel for emotive melodies, intricate textures, and blistering solos.
