Ribs began as the solo project of award-winning storyteller and songwriter Georgina Cramond, emotionally driven, authentic lyrics stripped back to the bare bones.

Years later Ribs has grown into a six-piece driving, indie-pop powerhouse with an all star cast of local musicians building huge landscapes of feeling and sound. Ribs has never lost the vulnerability that the project is known for but have grown in power and momentum.

Never afraid to shy away from difficult topics Ribs writes openly about personal experience with mental illness, trauma and complex relationships accompanied by a dynamic, uplifting band. This is not music for those looking to forget life’s troubles – but those looking to overcome them.
