Raw and real best describes Little Georgia’s trademark live performances.

Amongst a sea of rhythmic and electric guitar tones collaborators Ashleigh Mannix and Justin Carter deliver both beautiful harmonies and compelling lyrics which reveal the honesty in their music.

Although travel restrictions due to the global pandemic have made touring tough over the past 2 years the duo are definitely no strangers to the road and have spent a great deal of time growing their sound and their audiences performing between Australia, Japan and North America including sets at AmericanaFest (Nashville), Folk Alliance (New Orleans), Byron Bay Blues & Roots Festival, Port Fairy Folk Festival plus many more festivals and venues.

Little Georgia released their debut album “Bootleg” in 2016 which was a stripped back LP recorded to tape in a farmhouse on the rugged coastline of Victoria Australia. In 2018 they teamed up with award winning producer Nick DiDia (Pearl Jam, Neil Young, Powderfinger) to record their first studio album “All The While” at La Cueva Studios, Byron Bay where they established a great working relationship with Nick which saw them step into a new sonic chapter in 2020 with the release of ‘Texas’ – a 6 minute psyched-out, grunge-tinged epic (also produced by Nick DiDia) coupled with an other worldly cinematic experience, directed and filmed by award winning American cinematographer Matt Kleiner.
