An Evening with Eric Bogle in June

Direct from sell out concerts at the 2007 Nannup Music Festival we invite you to join us for an evening with Eric Bogle in June.
Eric Bogle has long since been considered in many circles a national treasure and deservedly so. Eric has written many songs in which he conveys his deep feelings and love for this country and none better then "Shelter". Many people consider this particular song a worthy contender for the National Anthem.
Eric's songs cover many subjects and issues but he is perhaps more remembered for his anti war songs "And the Band Played Waltzing Matilda" and "No Mans Land" both these songs have been recorded by numerous artists worldwide and are as poignant and emotional today as they were when they were when they were written well over 20 years ago.
Eric tours regularly around the world and throughout Australia. He is one of the busiest and most sought after performers around.
An Eric Bogle concert is an entertaining evening out as well as thought provoking, sad, silly, funny, emotional and enjoyable. Eric has that rare ability to connect with his audience through his songs which are observant and warm, witty, self deprecating and always sincere.
Eric will be performing at the Nannup Town Hall with John Munro on Wednesday 18th June. Tickets are $28.00 per person and are available now from the Nannup Music Club website or from the Nannup Telecentre 9756 3022.

Four Beats to the Bar
We have had to wait to announce it but we can now confirm Ben Lee as our headline act on Sunday night. Ben's Career began at the young age of 14 when he headed the teen-pop punk act Noise Addict. He believes this gave him the advantage of learning the ropes early. Ben's last Album - Awake is the New Sleep went double platinum in Australia and recieved four Aria Awards. Ben has collaborated with Ben Folds and Ben Kweller and is probably the first Movie Star to appear at Nannup.
Be amongst the first in Australia to hear Ben play tracks from his new Album Ripe which is a 12 song set which includes Love Me Like the World Is Ending, Blush and the duet with Mandy Moore Birds and Bees.
With a Sunday headline concert that also includes Kerrianne Cox and Eleanor McEvoy we are expecting a sell out. Get your tickets early

With a classical orchestral background and inspiring the title for the best selling "A Women's Heart" album this is an artist not to be missed.
